How it works
1.Sign Up For Services
Click on the Free Quote button, enter your zip code, and complete the signup process right on our website. If you have questions you can give our friendly staff a call, message us on Facebook, or use our online chat tool.
2. Custom Scheduling
Once you sign up for services a Eco-Safe Scoop representative will reach out to schedule your initial cleanup and walk you through the entire process.
3. Setup Customer Portal
Once you sign up for services a Eco-Safe Scoop representative will reach out to schedule your initial cleanup and walk you through the entire process.
4.Attach Payment Method
All billing occurs on the 1st of each month before services are provided. You are able to setup automatic payments with a credit/debit card. Once auto pay is setup Eco-Safe Scoop will generate your invoice and send you a receipt via email. These records can also be seen in the customer portal. If payment is not received prior to your first cleaning of the month you will be removed from the service schedule.
5. Enjoy a Poop Free Yard
Congratulations! You are officially a member of the Eco-Safe Scoop family, and can start enjoying your tail wagging friends, without the stink, or the hassle of dog waste removal.

Do you provide dog waste removal services all year round?
The safety of our clients and their dogs is a top priority at Eco-Safe Scoop. To ensure all dogs are safe, we clean all our equipment and shoes between each yard with a kennel-grade disinfectant to prevent the spread of germs. We also take gate pictures when we are done cleaning so you know your pets won’t get out of the yard, and we ensure all our employees are background checked.
Yes, we love cleaning with dogs! We simply ask that if your dog has shown signs of aggression, you leave them inside during your cleaning. Ensuring the safety of our team is a top priority. If your dog is aggressive towards our team, you will be asked to put them inside or be completely removed from our route.
No, we don’t provide arrival times for our pooper scooper services. While we will do our best to accommodate your schedule, we optimize our routes for drive time at midnight the day before services are completed to help keep costs low.
Proper disposal is essential to environmental safety as dog poop is considered a hazardous material. We will double bag the waste and place it in each customer’s trash can or neatly on the side of their house.
